We ship worldwide. Please allow 3-7 business days for U.S. deliveries or 5-10 business days for international deliveries. When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates and email notifications letting you know when your order ships and when it has been delivered.

Most orders deliver as expected. While it is rare, mistakes can happen and packages occasionally get lost or stolen during transit. To protect your order, we offer shipping insurance in partnership with Route. It only costs 1% of the order total and they cover you 100% with a free replacement if something happens. You can opt out, but we strongly recommend customers include the insurance with their purchase just in case. We cannot cover lost or stolen packages unless insurance is included.

A Woolly Made product should never fail you. Follow our Wear & Care Instructions and we guarantee your purchase will last you at least five years, and maybe a lifetime.

Warranty is valid from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Does not cover user error including overstretched leather.

How to Break It In (Without Overstretching): Your wallet may feel tight at first, so start with 1-2 cards per pocket. Within two weeks, the leather will begin to break in, making the fit more comfortable. Add more cards if needed, but do so mindfully—once the leather stretches, it won’t shrink back.

Better Over Time: High-quality leather is naturally absorbent, allowing elements like the oils from your skin to create a rich, beautiful patina over time. This softer, darker finish adds unique character to your wallet, making it truly yours.

Treatment: While not essential, we recommend conditioning your leather accessory with oil every three to six months. This helps the leather stay clean, wear evenly, and last longer.
