Wool is the most hydrophilic of all-natural fibers. It absorbs as much as 30% of its weight without feeling wet, making it the perfect coaster material.

Our Woolsters are made from 100% Merino wool, the highest quality wool on the market. The material is milled in Germany using sheep’s wool, water, and plant-based textile dyes, making the material both renewable and biodegradable.

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates and email notifications letting you know when your order ships and when it has been delivered.

U.S.: We offer free shipping and returns anywhere in the United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and 3–7 business days for domestic deliveries.

International: Please allow 1–3 business days for production and 5–10 business days for international deliveries.

Returns: We think you'll love our products, but just in case something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges. Any unused, non-custom product purchased from us directly can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Merino wool does not take on color easily and most stains can be removed with a light soak and an absorbent towel. Water will not damage felt. The material can wick away large quantities of moisture, which is why our Woolsters are made from the perfect coaster material. If coasters become warped, get them wet and lay the product flat with some weight on top to ensure the wool fibers dry in place.

To clean, first try a lint roller or vacuum. If it’s a wet stain like wine, oil, or food, pat (don’t rub) area with a damp rag and light detergent. Lay flat to dry. Repeat if necessary.
