Shipping & Production

Shipping & Production Time

U.S.: We offer free shipping and returns anywhere in the United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and 3–7 business days for domestic deliveries.

International: Please allow 1–3 business days for production and 5–10 business days for international deliveries.

Order Tracking

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates and email notifications letting you know when your order ships and when it has been delivered.

Products Eligible for Returns

We think you'll love our products, but just in case something isn't right, we have you covered with returns and exchanges.

Any unused, non-custom product purchased from us directly can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to assist with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

U.S. Customers:

Free Returns & Exchanges: We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

Easy Process: To initiate a return or exchange, submit a request and someone from our team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label. Once we confirm you have met the return criteria (stated above), we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange. 

International Customers:

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. While we can’t cover return shipping for international orders, we’re happy to guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, submit a request and someone from our team will respond within one business day with necessary instructions.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty

A Woolly Made product should never fail you. Follow our Wear & Care Instructions and we guarantee your purchase will last you at least five years, and maybe a lifetime.

Our 5-year limited warranty is is valid on our products from the original date of purchase when the products are used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Exclusions: This limited-warranty excludes user error, like overstretched leather, and our plant-based products which are instead eligible for our Sustainable Circularity Program.

Circularity Program: Recycle & Save

All plant-based Woolly Made products are eligible for our Sustainable Circularity Program.

Every product has an end-of-life. In most cases, what happens to it at the end isn’t always great for the planet. That’s why we’re excited to partner with NFW, the makers of our plant-based material called MIRUM®, to pilot a Sustainable Circularity Program that feeds MIRUM® back into the earth as nutrients, helping to produce more renewable resources and close the circulatory loop.

Recycle & Save 25%: Whenever you’re ready to part ways with your product, just request a free return label online, drop it in the mail, and we’ll take care of the rest. And to make it even easier, we’ll give you 25% off your next plant product when you recycle your old one!
