We ship worldwide. Please allow 3-7 business days for U.S. deliveries or 5-10 business days for international deliveries. When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates and email notifications letting you know when your order ships and when it has been delivered.Insurance
Most orders deliver as expected. While it is rare, mistakes can happen and packages occasionally get lost or stolen during transit. To protect your order, we offer shipping insurance in partnership with Route. It only costs 1% of the order total and they cover you 100% with a free replacement if something happens. You can opt out, but we strongly recommend customers include the insurance with their purchase just in case. We cannot cover lost or stolen packages unless insurance is included.Returns & Exchanges
We know you'll love our products, but just in case something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges. Any unused, non-custom product purchased from us directly can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, send us a message or email us at hello@woollymade.com with your order number and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
