10 Year Warranty

A Woolly Made product should never fail you. Any product purchased directly from our website is covered by our 10 year warranty. If something breaks during this time, send us a message or email us at hello@woollymade.com and we will be happy to repair it free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you'll love our products, but just in case something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges. Any unused, non-custom product purchased from us directly can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, send us a message or email us at hello@woollymade.com with your order number and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
