Place your order at woollymade.com using the discount code “WHOLESALE” at checkout for 50% off. Pay with a credit card or PayPal and receive an emailed receipt immediately.

 

Order from our website

Email hello@woollymade.com to request an order form. Upon completion and return, you will receive an emailed invoice with options to pay by credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer.

 

Minimum order

A minimum order of $250 is required on all orders. Payment will be due at the time of your order.

 

Wholesale pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

 

Changes to orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@woollymade.com within 48 hours.

 

Delivery & shipping

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total at the time your order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

Items are wrapped by style using a heavy paper. For an additional 50 cents per unit, muslin bags are available for small and medium sized items. Starting at $1 per unit, basic and premium gift boxes (sized per product) are available for all items. All wallets include product and brand information cards.

 

Damages & defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival for defects. We will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier. You mat contact us at hello@woollymade.com to report a defect and request an exchange. Returned items will be replaced with new items. Returns will not be accepted if held for more than 15 days after receipt.

  

Returns & exchanges

Wholesale items may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept exchanges in the case of defective items as noted in the previous section.

 

Nature of handmade, real leather products

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. And because we use real leather, there may be slight variation in the thickness of the material and minor blemishes. We avoid using areas of the leather with significant imperfections. Any minor imperfections will not make the products any less functional – they contribute to its authentic, handmade character. Thank you for understanding and helping us not be wasteful.

 

Lifetime guarantee

We guarantee our stitching for life, for you or for your customer. If a thread breaks at any point in the life of the product, we will resew the product or replace it for free and share the cost of shipping. Learn more at woollymade.com/guarantee.
