Breaking it in
The leather will feel stiff at first. For wallets, we suggest starting with 1-2 cards per pocket. Within two weeks, the leather will break in and the pockets will hold cards more comfortably. Repeat this process if you'd like to carry more, but know that once you stretch the leather it won't go back.
Better over time
Real, high-quality leather is naturally absorbent. It picks up the oils from your skin and other elements it comes into contact with. Over time, this process will give the material a beautiful patina—a softer, darker quality that develops on the surface of the leather, giving it character that's uniquely yours.
It's not essential but we recommend treating the leather with conditioning oil every 3-6 months. This helps the material stay healthy, wear evenly and last longer.
A Woolly Made product should never fail you. Any product purchased directly from our website is covered by our 10-Year Warranty. If something breaks during this time, send us a message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to repair it free of charge.
ShippingWe ship worldwide. Please allow 3-7 business days for U.S. deliveries or 5-10 business days for international deliveries. When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates and email notifications letting you know when your order ships and when it has been delivered.
InsuranceMost orders deliver as expected. While it is rare, mistakes can happen and packages occasionally get lost or stolen during transit. To protect your order, we offer shipping insurance in partnership with Route. It only costs 1% of the order total and they cover you 100% with a free replacement if something happens. You can opt out, but we strongly recommend customers include the insurance with their purchase just in case. We cannot cover lost or stolen packages unless insurance is included.
Returns & Exchanges
We think you'll love your purchase. But just in case something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges. Any unused, non-custom product can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
