Yes! Any unused, non-custom product purchased from us directly can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Read more about our policies and learn how to start a return.

What’s the last day to order for Dec 24 delivery?

To guarantee deliver by December 24, place your online order by December 18.

If you'd like to pick up your order at our Portland studio, we are open until 5 pm on December 20.

I’m not sure which color to get. Which are the most popular?

Is everything really handmade in Portland?
