Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time | Portland, OR | $55,000 + Perks | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote flex day)

Woolly Made is a Portland-based design studio crafting premium leather goods for everyday carry, home, and office. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our small, creative team and help expand our growing brand in the direct-to-consumer and promotional products industries.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (1–5 years’ experience) who is highly organized and thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to wear many hats across digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and brand strategy.

What you’ll do

  • • Coordinate planning, timelines, and projects
  • • Manage CRM and email campaigns (HubSpot)
  • • Engage in outreach activities for new customer segments and markets
  • • Create and share engaging content for social media and digital channels
  • • Support product and lifestyle photography/editing, graphic design, and copywriting
  • • Maintain and update our Shopify website and online marketplaces
  • • Conduct research to support growth initiatives and partnerships

What we’re looking for

  • • 1–5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • • Excellent writing and content creation skills
  • • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
  • • Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
